چکیده

نظام تامین اجتماعی جهت یافتن راه حل هایی برای پوشش خلاهای موجود شکل گرفته است. همچنین برنامه های جدیدی در خصوص تامین اجتماعی صورت گرفته است که منجر به اثر بخشی بالای آن شده است با این وجود تامین اجتماعی از جمله حقوقی است که در طول زمان بسط و توسعه یافته است و سابقه آن به این شکلی که وجود دارد به سال های اخیر باز می گردد. تامین اجتماعی براساس اصولی متقن و اساسی فعالیت می کند که باید گفت اصول حاکم بر تامین اجتماعی شامل اصل برابری، اصل کفایت، اصل حسن نیت، اصل فراگیری، اصل کارگستری و اصل جامعیت می باشد. اما با وجود دستاوردهای مثبتی که نظام تامین اجتماعی داشته است مقتضیات این اصول به طور کامل در نظام حقوقی کشور برآورده نشده است. توجه به برخی اصول در نظام تامین اجتماعی با چالش هایی مواجه است که آشنایی با آن می تواند چالش های این حوزه را به خوبی نشان دهد. در این مقاله به تشریح برخی اصول حاکم بر تامین اجتماعی می پردازیم.

The social security system was formed to find solutions to cover the existing gaps. Also, there have been new programs regarding social security, which has led to its high effectiveness, however, social security is one of the rights that has been expanded and developed over time, and its history as it exists goes back to years. Recent returns. Social security operates based on solid and basic principles, which should be said that the principles governing social security include the principle of equality, the principle of sufficiency, the principle of good faith, the principle of universality, the principle of employment and the principle of comprehensiveness. However, despite the positive achievements of the social security system, the requirements of these principles have not been fully met in the country's legal system. Paying attention to some principles in the social security system is facing challenges that familiarity can show the challenges of this field well. In this article, we explain some principles governing social security.
